Our internal front panel and triangle-pad system is designed to offer natural coverage and everyday confidence—without compromising comfort or style.

This guide helps you choose your perfect fit and explains how our concealed panel system is positioned, measured, and designed.

1. How to Measure Yourself

Use a soft measuring tape and keep it parallel to the floor.

Top Measurements (for Shirts)

• Bust – Measure the fullest part of your chest.
• Waist – Measure the narrowest part of your torso.
• Shoulder – Measure shoulder tip to shoulder tip across the back.
• Shirt Length – From High Point Shoulder (HPS) down to hem.

Bottom Measurements (for Pants)

• Waist – Around your natural waistline.
• Hips – Around the fullest part of your hips.
• Pant Length – Outseam: waist to hem.
• Thigh – Around the fullest point of the thigh.

Important Reference Point

HPS (High Point Shoulder):
The point where the shoulder seam meets the neckline.
All panel measurements start from here.

2. Nayrae Internal Panel — Placement & Design

We conducted fit studies with Indian women to determine the most accurate nipple-placement range for each size.
Based on this, each shirt includes a built-in concealed internal panel that provides natural coverage.

These starting points ensure the panel covers the nipple area naturally for the majority of Indian body types.

3. Triangle Pads (Included With Every Shirt)

Each Nayrae shirt comes with a pair of ultra-light triangle pads designed to work perfectly with our internal panel.

Pad Features

• Approximately 6 inches base width
• Soft, breathable, and flexible
• Stays in place better than round pads
• Designed for natural shaping without bulk

Why Triangle Pads?

Triangle pads align with the body’s natural contours and remain stable inside the vertical panel.
They offer:

• Better upward/downward coverage
• No rotation like circular pads
• Seamless blending under clothing
• Consistent shape and support through the day

Pad Usage

• Insert pads through the concealed panel opening
• Position the top point near the panel’s starting point
• Adjust until centred
• Always remove pads before washing

5. Fit Notes & Tolerances (For Production & QC)

• Standard garment tolerance: ±0.5 inch (±1.25 cm)
• Panel placement tolerance (critical area): ±0.25 inch (±6 mm)
• Panel should remain centred when the wearer sits, lifts arms, or bends
• For knits/stretch fabrics: allow 1 inch negative ease at bust for a close fit
• For wovens: add 2–4 inches ease depending on style
• Re-check panel and pad alignment for low neck, V-neck, or oversized silhouettes

• Between sizes?
  Choose smaller for a close fit or larger for a relaxed fit.
• All shirts include concealed internal panels + triangle pads.
