Shipping, Delivery and Exchange Policy

Nayrae is committed to delivering your order safely and on time, with high-quality packaging and reliable service. We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners.

We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.


1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders over 1500 INR within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders carry an additional fee of ₹100.
  • Shipping charges may be updated without prior notice based on courier service changes.

1.2 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • COD orders may require phone/SMS confirmation before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 4–9 working days, depending on pincode.

1.3 Delivery

  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • If your pincode is unserviceable by our courier partners, we may ship via Speed Post.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • COD is available on eligible pincodes only.
  • Customers must be available to receive the parcel.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future COD availability.
  • If COD is unavailable or restricted for your profile, you may still place the order via prepaid payment.

3. Size Exchange Policy (India Only)

We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your Nayrae pieces.

3.1 Eligibility for Size Exchange

You may request a size exchange if:

  • The item is in unused, unwashed, unworn condition.
  • All original tags are intact.
  • The item is free from stains, perfume scents, or damage.
  • You initiate the exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

Note:
We do not accept exchanges for items bought during special sales, flash deals, or promotional offers.

3.2 Exchange Process

  1. Go to our Contact Us page.
  2. Choose the subject “Size Exchange Request.”
  3. Provide your order details and the size you want to exchange for.
  4. Once approved by our team, ship the item back to us using the address we provide.
  5. After inspection (2–7 days), we will dispatch the new size and notify you via email/SMS.

4. Return Shipping Cost

  • For the first size exchange per order:
    Nayrae will bear the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.
  • For second or additional exchanges for the same order:
    The customer must bear the return shipping cost and resend the product to us.
  • For defective or incorrect items:
    Nayrae will cover all shipping charges.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Received

If you receive:

  • a defective product
  • a damaged product
  • or an incorrect item

Please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Contact Us page.
  2. Select “Defective / Wrong Item Received.”
  3. Upload photos/videos as proof.
  4. After approval, return the item in original condition.
  5. We will inspect and send a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  • Only size exchanges or replacements for defective items are available.
  • Please review product details carefully before placing your order.

7. What Cannot Be Exchanged

  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items with perfume, makeup stains, or wear marks
  • Sale items or promotional items
  • Requests to change designs, colors, or patterns (only size exchange allowed)

8. Order Received in Damaged Packaging

If the parcel looks tampered with or badly damaged:

  • Please refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery.
  • Contact us immediately at help.nayrae@gmail.com with your Order ID.

We will ensure a replacement is sent to you at no cost.
