Cancellation Policy
At Nayrae, we work hard to process every order quickly so your products reach you on time. To maintain smooth operations and fairness for all customers, please review our cancellation guidelines below.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To request cancellation, please email: help.nayrae@gmail.com with your Order ID.
- Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders can be cancelled within the allowed time window (before dispatch).
- Frequent cancellations or refusal to accept COD orders may lead to:
- Temporary or permanent suspension of COD option for your account.
- Requirement to place prepaid orders only.
This ensures fair operations and prevents misuse of COD service.
3. Prepaid Order Cancellation & Refunds
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will issue a refund in the original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank/issuer.
- Once the order is shipped, prepaid cancellations are not permitted.
4. Post-Dispatch / Delivered Orders
- Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- However, customers can apply for a size exchange or defective item replacement as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
5. Order Cancellation by Nayrae
Nayrae reserves the right to cancel an order in situations such as:
- Product out of stock
- Payment failure
- Incorrect address or unreachable contact number
- High COD rejection history or suspected fraudulent activity
If your order is cancelled from our end, we will notify you via email/SMS, and refunds for prepaid orders will be processed immediately.
