Orders & Shipping

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Usually 5 – 10 business days depending on your pincode and courier network.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available for most pincodes.
COD limits may apply based on previous order acceptance history.

3. My pincode shows as unserviceable. What can I do?

You can place a prepaid order, which often allows delivery even to non-COD areas.


Cancelling & Modifying Orders

4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Can I change my address after ordering?

If the order is not shipped, we will try our best. Please contact us immediately.


Returns & Exchanges

6. Do you accept size exchanges?

Yes!

  • First size exchange is free.
  • Shipping cost for additional exchanges will be borne by the customer.

7. Do you offer returns?

We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

8. When will I get my refund?

Once the returned product passes QC, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

9. Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We try our best to match them. Slight variations may occur due to screen differences.

10. What are Nayrae’s fabric categories?

We offer:

  • Luxe – Satin (woven)
  • Classic – Poplin Cotton (woven)
  • Ease – Cotton (knitted)

Wash & Care

11. Do Nayrae shirts come with pads?

Certain designs include inner panels with removable pads to prevent visibility.

12. Do I need to remove pads before washing?

Yes. Remove pads and wash separately for best durability.

Yes, all payments are fully secured with trusted payment gateways.
